The Representative Office of the Eurasian Business Alliance in South Africa, represented by the head of the Representative Office, the respected Arkady Gutkin Arkady South Africa, has opened the Russian Cultural Center. This is an important step towards cross-border cooperation between Russia and, through it, the EAEU and South Africa
