On August 30, 2023, as part of the development of the memorandum of cooperation between the Eurasian Business Alliance Union and the PAURE Association, with the participation of the All-Russian Intersectoral Association of Employers "Russian Union of Builders" represented by the Director of Relations with Public Authorities and All-Russian public Organizations Buravlev Konstantin Eduardovich, a delegation from business public organizations visited the city of Obninsk. The delegation included representatives of Russian and Chinese business structures interested in the construction of a high-rise tower in Obninsk. Among them were representatives of the state-owned Chinese construction corporation "MSS", which has unique competencies in the construction of high-rise buildings based on a metal frame.
