Alexander Porfiryevich Torshin, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Eurasian Business Alliance, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eurasian Rating Agency, and Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, has been awarded the “For Supporting the Special Military Operation” medal.
